Hi, I’m Rachel — salon owner, extension-obsessed, and your go-to for all things color! I have a serious passion for helping my team grow, both personally and professionally, and nothing lights me up more than watching them chase their goals. Education is a huge part of who I am — I believe we’re never done learning, and I’m always looking for ways to elevate our craft.
When I’m not behind the chair or cheering on my team, you’ll find me chasing around my three amazing kiddos, jamming out at live concerts (I’m into all kinds of music), sipping on an iced chai latte, and constantly craving Chipotle. Life’s busy — and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Nothing fills my cup more than seeing my guests leave feeling like the most refreshed, radiant version of themselves. I'm always looking for new ways to grow and elevate my craft so I can give you the best experience possible. Outside the salon, you'll typically find me spending time with my fiance and our two sweet kitties, enjoying girls days, thrifting, getting lost in a good book, or sippin on a sunrise energy from 7Brew! I can't wait to welcome you into my chair so we can create something you'll love!
Alyssa Estes
Manager/Stylist
I'm Alyssa— color lover, short hair specialist, and proud Chick-fil-A regular. While I enjoy all things color, blondes truly have my heart! I’m passionate about creating custom looks that make my guests feel confident and beautiful, especially when it comes to bold blonding and precision cuts.
Outside the salon, I’m a total homebody. You can usually find me curled up with my husband watching movies, hanging out with my sweet nieces and nephews, or spoiling my toy poodle Daisy. I run on Dr Pepper, good vibes, and the joy of helping my guests look and feel their best.

Hi, I’m Abigail — your new go-to stylist for all things blonding, gorgeous lived-in colors, and every hair cut you can think of! My goal? For you to walk out feeling confident, effortless, and totally yourself, just elevated. While I love all things color, I also enjoy doing short haircuts, men's haircuts and bridal updos! I'm always looking for new ways to grow and elevate my craft so I can bring you the best, most up-to-date techniques in the industry. When I'm not at ESB, you can find me hanging out with my parents, loving on my two incredibly spoiled cats, or watching trashy reality tv. I'm a sucker for all things sewing and crocheting, so if you've go any tips, tricks, or patterns to share, I'm all ears (and always grateful)! Whether you're ready for a full transformation or just a subtle refresh, I'm you girl!
