Hi, I’m Rachel — salon owner, extension-obsessed, and your go-to for all things color! I have a serious passion for helping my team grow, both personally and professionally, and nothing lights me up more than watching them chase their goals. Education is a huge part of who I am — I believe we’re never done learning, and I’m always looking for ways to elevate our craft.

When I’m not behind the chair or cheering on my team, you’ll find me chasing around my three amazing kiddos, jamming out at live concerts (I’m into all kinds of music), sipping on an iced chai latte, and constantly craving Chipotle. Life’s busy — and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I'm Alyssa— color lover, short hair specialist, and proud Chick-fil-A regular. While I enjoy all things color, blondes truly have my heart! I’m passionate about creating custom looks that make my guests feel confident and beautiful, especially when it comes to bold blonding and precision cuts.

Outside the salon, I’m a total homebody. You can usually find me curled up with my husband watching movies, hanging out with my sweet nieces and nephews, or spoiling my toy poodle Daisy. I run on Dr Pepper, good vibes, and the joy of helping my guests look and feel their best.

While I love playing with vivid, high-fashion shades, don’t be fooled — I can absolutely nail a natural, low-maintenance look too. I’m all about enhancing your texture, working with your vibe, and creating styles that feel real and wearable.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably catch me with an iced matcha in hand, capturing content for our salon socials (yes, I'll always ask first), or having a chill night in — comfy clothes and Trader Joes snack style.

Whether you’re looking for a bold transformation or just a little refresh, I’m here to make sure you leave the salon feeling like you, only better. No change is too big or too small — I’ve got you!

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m probably hanging with my family (my parents are my besties!), blasting old school rock and roll, or just soaking in the cozy homebody life. Oh — and if you bring me a sandwich? Instant best friends.

Hi, I’m Chloe — newly Mrs. Cunningham as of summer 2025… can you believe it?! and a stylist who’s all about the transformation. While cutting is where I really focus my craft, I’m equally obsessed with a bold color moment. Creating hair goals with you and helping you feel your absolute best is why I fell in love with this industry.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m soaking up time with my sweet nieces and nephews, loving on my two cats (Annie and Pepper), or singing along to Sabrina Carpenter. I might be sweet and bubbly, but I like my Bloody Mary's with a little spice.

Hi, I’m Kayla — lover of all things blonde, dimensional color, and making people feel beautiful from the inside out! My favorite part of being a stylist? Getting to connect with amazing people and help them feel confident, radiant, and totally themselves.

I’ll take any excuse to be social and make memories — whether it’s in the salon or out living life to the fullest. I’m a full-fledged animal lover, fueled by Red Bull and pasta, and yes… I absolutely believe Disney movies are a whole personality trait. Kid at heart? Always.

It's me Gabby — taking the beauty world by storm and doing it with a coffee in hand (seriously, if you don’t see one… send help). I'm all about learning, growing, and leveling up my craft — especially when it comes to creating the perfect blonde for every guest who sits in my chair. I thrive on good energy, great laughs, and being surrounded by people who lift each other up.

When I'm not at the salon, I'm probably hanging out with my adorable dog Prince (my actual child) or enjoying time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Bella — 18, Miss Kansas Teen 2025, and your future go-to stylist! I’ll be starting cosmetology school at Eric Fisher Academy this fall, but until I’m behind the chair, you’ll find me holding it down at the front desk and helping out around the salon wherever I’m needed.

I basically live off 7 Brew (Blended Blondie for life!) and Chipotle is my lunch ride-or-die. I’m all about family — so much so, I couldn’t get enough of my mom and decided to follow right in her footsteps. Alongside my beauty dreams, I also founded She Speaks, an organization dedicated to preventing assault and spreading awareness through self-defense education.

I may be the youngest around here, but I’ve got big dreams, a bigger heart, and a front-row seat to all things ESB. Come say hi — I can’t wait to meet you!
